We were all familiar with it, but when you're working on a TV series and you're clearly not filming in Australia – you're taking it and setting it in Oceanside, California, a working-class, slightly run-down beach town – it completely alters the atmosphere,' he said.Entertainment Weekly at the time.
I believed that was an excellent spot for it. It's the ideal location to view the town contrasted with this stunning surf lifestyle.
